Job Duties:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Training Specialist to support workforce development in IT systems, software tools, and business processes. The role involves analyzing training needs by collaborating with managers, identifying skill gaps, and defining key competencies and learning objectives. You will design and deliver structured training programs, create engaging instructional materials, and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions. Additionally, you will monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and ensure effective knowledge transfer through assessments and interactive learning methods. The position also requires evaluating training effectiveness, updating content based on evolving technologies, and aligning programs with organizational goals. Education Required:

Bacholer Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/IS/Engineering (any) or closely related field.

Experience Required:

Experience of six (12) months of working IT systems, software tools, and business processes, Develop structured training programs.
